    Position Summary

      

    BDO Canada is currently seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant to join our growing BDO Solutions CRM Practice in the GTA. The Consultant will be responsible for supporting all application activities during the full lifecycle of a Dynamics 365 CRM implementation.  This includes working with the BDO team on various activities including requirements gathering and documentation, business process definition, solution design, configuration, testing, user training and support on a variety of projects. 

     

    This role will be client facing with various client sites in the GTA and throughout Ontario. Out of province/country travel may also be required periodically.

    Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

     

    • Planning sessions to identify requirements
    • Design of Dynamics CRM to meet client requirements
    • Dynamics CRM Solution Configuration
    • Solution Testing and Documentation
    • User Training including user training documentation
    • On-site client support 
    • Remote client support

     

    Required education and Professional Skills/Knowledge:

     

    • Demonstrable practical experience working with CRM software (preferably Dynamics) is a requirement for this position.  This could include previous experience as a Dynamics CRM consultant or a role as internal CRM support.

     

    Beneficial:

     

    • The following certifications are desirable (related certifications also considered):
      • Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales
      • Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Service
    • Professional Services Experience
    • Experience working with clients to determine their requirements and business processes and map them to the capabilities of Dynamics 365 CRM
    • Experience designing and documenting customizations required in the solution to meet client’s needs
    • University Degree or College Diploma in technology or business
    • Previous consulting experience preferred but not required.

    • Willing to travel up to 5%
