    BDO Canada LLP is currently seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Talent / Dynamics AX Human Resources Consultant to join our Microsoft Dynamics Solutions team in the GTA. 

     

    This individual will work with our team of professionals to implement and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Talent and Dynamics AX Human Resources at various client sites  primarily in Ontario.  Occasional travel to Eastern and Western Canada may be required.

    Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

     

    • Act as a trusted advisor to external customers and BDO project teams in support of client Dynamics 365 for Talent implementations.
    • Analyze customer business needs and objectives
    • Provide in-depth application expertise
    • Analyze customer business needs and objectives
    • Streamline customer business processes to achieve greater ROI within the context of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Talent / Dynamics AX Human Resources application
    • Provide training to client staff to perform day-to-day activities in support of Dynamics 365 for Talent implementations
    • Mentoring of colleagues and providing support and guidance
    • Follow BDO’s implementation Methodology to assist customers in deploying the solution in a timely and effective manner
    • Travel to customer sites in Canada, primarily in Ontario, to deliver professional services  

     

    Education and Professional Skills/Knowledge:

     

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Talent / Dynamics AX Human Resources OR 2-4 years of experience as a power user of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Talent / Dynamics AX Human Resources or similar HRIS
    • Holding or actively pursuing an CHRP professional designation would be an asset, but not required
    • Experience with Human Resources procedures, and hands-on experience with HRIS systems
    • Post-secondary education in the relevant business discipline (B.Comm.,CPA, APICS, PMP, etc.) preferred
    • Full cycle Dynamics AX Human Resources implementation experience coupled with a comprehensive understanding ERP applications
    • Self-motivated, able to work alone and in teams, articulate, and able to inspire confidence in audiences.
    • Ability to listen and effectively communicate verbally and in writing with clients and colleagues
    • Strong MS Office skills and a strong natural aptitude for technology
    • Self-motivated, articulate, and able to inspire audiences
    • Process analysis, redesign, and documentation experience
    • Ability to thrive in a virtual, collaborative organization and atmosphere
    • Effective time management experience
    • Exceptional communication skills
