    Job Description (EN)

    BDO Canada LLP is currently seeking an experienced LS Retail/ LS NAV Hospitality Software Consultant to join our Microsoft Dynamics NAV Solutions team, with the ability to join either on a full-time permanent or contract basis.   

     

    This individual will work with our team of professionals to implement and support LS Retail software at various client sites primarily in Ontario, focusing on the LS NAV and LS NAV Hospitality solutions.  Occasional travel to Eastern and Western Canada may be required.

    Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

     

    • Act as a trusted advisor to external customers and BDO project teams in support of client LS NAV and LS NAV Hospitality implementations.
    • Analyze customer business needs and objectives
    • Provide in-depth application expertise
    • Analyze customer business needs and objectives
    • Streamline customer business processes to achieve greater ROI within the context of the LS NAV and LS NAV Hospitality applications
    • Provide training to client staff to perform day-to-day activities in support of LS NAV and LS NAV Hospitality implementations
    • Mentoring of colleagues and providing support and guidance
    • Follow BDO’s implementation Methodology to assist customers in deploying the solution in a timely and effective manner
    • Travel to customer sites in Canada, primarily in Ontario, to deliver professional services  

     

    Education and Professional Skills/Knowledge:

     

    • Experience in implementing LS NAV and/or LS NAV Hospitality solutions
    • Full cycle LS NAV and/or LS NAV Hospitality implementation experience coupled with a comprehensive understanding ERP applications
    • Self-motivated, able to work alone and in teams, articulate, and able to inspire confidence in audiences.
    • Ability to listen and effectively communicate verbally and in writing with clients and colleagues
    • Strong MS Office skills and a strong natural aptitude for technology
    • Self-motivated, articulate, and able to inspire audiences
    • Process analysis, redesign, and documentation experience
    • Ability to thrive in a virtual, collaborative organization and atmosphere
    • Effective time management experience
    • Exceptional communication skills
