    Position Summary

      

    BDO Canada is currently seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant to join our growing BDO Solutions CRM Practice at our Calgary office. The Consultant will be responsible for configuration of Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.  This includes supporting members of the BDO team during solution design, and completing deployment, configuration and development tasks as designed including testing and support.

     

    This role may include client facing activities with various client sites in Calgary and throughout Alberta. Out of province/country travel may also be required periodically.

    Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

     

    • Design of Dynamics CRM to meet client requirements
    • Dynamics CRM Solution Deployment and Configuration
    • Dynamics CRM Solution Custom Development
    • Solution Testing and Documentation
    • On-site client support 
    • Remote client support

     

    Required education and Professional Skills/Knowledge:

     

    • College Diploma in technology
    • Demonstrable practical experience working with CRM software (preferably Dynamics) is a requirement for this position.  This could include previous experience as a Dynamics CRM consultant or a role as internal CRM support.

     

    Beneficial:

     

    • The following certifications are desirable (related certifications also considered):
      • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Online Deployment Certification.
      • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customization and Configuration
      • Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales
      • Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Service
    • Professional Services Experience
    • Experience working with others to identify software configuration and customization options to meet business requirements.
    • Experience designing and documenting customizations required in the solution to meet client’s needs
    • JavaScript, SQL or programming experience
    • Data integration and/or migration experience
    • Previous consulting experience preferred but not required.
