    Position Summary

     

    BDO Canada is currently in the process of recruiting two full-time permanent Dynamics CRM Support Specialists to join their growing team. The positions will be responsible for providing remote post-implementation application support to BDO’s clients.

     

    Working Hours: The positions would initially involve a ramp-up period from July through September with regular business hours (9:00am to 5:00pm MST). Starting in October, the working hours would involve two support shifts: an afternoon shift from 12:00pm to 8:00pm MST and a morning shift from 4:00am to 12:00pm MST. Candidates applying to the position must be interested in working one of these two shifts.

    Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

    • Leverage knowledge of Dynamics CRM to provide remote client support and consultation regarding technical issues via phone, remote system access and Cisco WebEx information sessions
    • Troubleshooting issues and reproducing the issues in a separate development environment
    • Utilize effective communication and listening skills with customers and colleagues to troubleshoot technology issues and provide guidance/support
    • Participate in other projects when needed
    • Other related tasks

    Education and Professional Skills/Knowledge

     

    Required

    • 2+ years of experience supporting Dynamics CRM, preferably a newer version (Dynamics 365, 2015 and/or 2016) – they will primarily be supporting Dynamics 365 CRM
    • Interest in working morning (6am – 2pm) and/or afternoon (2pm – 10pm) shifts
    • Experience and comfort level in supporting users remotely by phone or screen sharing capability
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite

    Beneficial

    • Configuration experience with D365/Dynamics CRM
    • Experience supporting D365/Dynamics CRM configurations where the application is integrated with other systems
    • Microsoft D365/Dynamics CRM certification
