    Position Summary


    We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant Technician to join our tax team in Huntsville/Bracebridge, Ontario. The successful candidate will have the flexibility to be adaptable to multiple requirements of the role, able to work independently and within a team environment. The successful incumbent will be responsible for providing direct support to the professional tax staff and assist with work overflow and other duties and responsibilities as assigned.


    Roles and Responsibilities:


    • Assistance and assembly with individual tax returns, and unique tax filings in our busy income tax and HST practices
    • Provide support to clients on general questions
    • Maintain client information
    • Coping, filing, assisting with general administrative duties as required
    • Administrative support to Partners and managers in both Huntsville and Bracebridge Ontario




    • Previous professional environment and/or administrative experiences would be an asset
    • Knowledge of office specific software such as Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
    • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and be able to liaise with clients, staff and outside parties in a professional manner
    • Organized and have the ability to multi-task
