    The Crémazie Office of BDO Canada s.r.l./S.E.N.C.R.L./LLP is seeking an Administrative Assistant for its Legal Counsel.  The incumbent will work with all team members to ensure its smooth and efficient functioning of the Legal Department while respecting the strictest confidentiality.


    Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

    • Prepare and send correspondence and other documents.
    • Proceed with opening and closing of files.
    • Code and classify documents.
    • Greet clients.
    • Perform billing.
    • Perform any other administrative tasks.

    Education, Abilities and Professional Knowledge

    • Post-Secondary Degree, Diploma of College Studies in Administrative Techniques may be an asset.
    • Minimum one year experience in an office environment.
    • Professionalism, detail oriented and commitment to quality.
    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
    • Excellent knowledge of the French Grammar and English language (an asset).
    • Team work oriented.
    • Comply with standards.
    • Good organizational skills and capacity to prioritize while meeting deadlines.
