    We are currently in the process of recruiting a Senior Consultant within Dynamics 365 CRM to join our Dynamics team in our BDO Outsourcing CRM practice. The Dynamics 365 CRM Application Specialist will be responsible for supporting all application activities during the full lifecycle of a Dynamics 365 CRM implementation.  This includes requirements gathering and documentation, business process definition, solution design, configuration, testing, user training and support. 

     

    This role will be client facing with various client sites throughout Ontario. Out of province/country travel may also be required periodically.

     

    Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

     

    • Work with clients to determine their requirements and business processes and map them to the capabilities of Dynamics 365 CRM.
    • Design and Document customizations required in the solution to meet client’s needs.
    • Configure Dynamics CRM to meet client requirements.
    • System Testing. 
    • System Documentation including user training documentation.
    • User Training and Testing Support.
    • On-site client support.  
    • Remote client support

    Required education and Professional Skills/Knowledge

    • University Degree or College Diploma in technology or business
    •  Demonstrable practical experience working with CRM software (preferably Dynamics) is a requirement for this position.  This could include previous experience as a Dynamics CRM consultant or a role as internal CRM support.

    Beneficial

      • Microsoft Dynamics 365 customer engagement Online Deployment Certification.
      • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customization and Configuration
      • Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales
      • Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Service
    • Professional Services Experience
    • JavaScript, SQL or programming experience
    • Data integration and/or migration experience
    • Previous consulting experience preferred but not required.
