Job Description (EN)

Position Summary


Our BDO Edmonton office is seeking two Administrative Clerks to assist with assembling personal tax returns. These will be full-time contract positions. The contract length for the first position will be from March 12th to May 3rd 2018 and the second will run from March 26th through to May 18th 2018. The successful candidate will be flexible and able work in a team environment to deliver outstanding client service.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • Assembly and mailing of T1 Personal Income Tax Returns
  • Reception coverage which includes answering all calls and transferring to appropriate parties, managing all incoming & outgoing couriers and greeting clients
  • Supporting the admin team with basic administration duties
  • Completes additional ad-hoc duties or assignments as required

 

Education and Professional Skills/Knowledge

  • Minimum 1 year experience working in an administrative or similar capacity
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
