BDO Canada LLP’s Vernon office is seeking an extraordinary individual to join our team as a Junior Administrative Assistant / Receptionist beginning immediately.
The successful candidate will provide outstanding customer service to all guests that interact with the Firm either in person or on the phone. Additionally, you will act as Administrative Support to Partners and other team members. Working in a fast-paced environment, we are seeking an individual who possesses the personality and administrative skills to be our office ambassador.

The Junior Administrative Assistant / Receptionist is a pivotal role in a service organization. Being a strong team player you possess a demeanor that is both positive and easy-going, ideally suited to interacting with a variety of people and situations. Your natural tendency is to provide exceptional customer service by being friendly and accommodating. You are able to anticipate an individual’s needs before they arise. As well, you are computer/tech savvy and learn new software and other skills easily.
