The Senior Enterprise Application Support Analyst, reporting to the Manager, Enterprise Application Services, is responsible for handling critical enterprise applications support, as well as mentoring, training, and providing technical solutions and guidance for Enterprise application systems. This role is responsible for providing application support, services and working with vendors and business leaders to provide timely resolutions.
