BDO Law LLP is a newly formed law firm affiliated with BDO Canada LLP, one of Canada's largest accounting services firms. BDO Law offers a wide range of corporate and commercial legal services to clients across Canada. We work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment based out of BDO Canada’s National office in downtown Toronto.
BDO Law LLP has an immediate opening for an entrepreneurial individual with a securities registration and compliance background to support the growth of BDO’s integrated audit and assurance, tax and legal services for portfolio managers, investment fund managers, exempt market dealers and other securities registrants in Canada.
The successful candidate will have an opportunity for professional development by putting forth his or her best efforts through assisting prospective and existing registrants, while developing BDO’s profile within the investment management industry.
